The interesting stat is 76% sreevral elsewhere. I guess that means that the cost of appealing to the SC is so high that only the best cases get up there. But that stat is just the cased appealed. Does it include the cases that the SC refuses to take which are a win for the lower appeals courts? What is the Ninth's record for judgments overall? In principle, only a few cases should be appealed to the SC which sets the law for the lower appeals courts to follow.
